I come in and get MVPS every time I get a haircut. Yet you want to hand out koozies to the people to upgrade to the MVP and not the ones that spend the money everytime. Then I'm told by the stylist she doesn't make the rules when I say that's not good business. And it's not about the koozie by any means it's about not feeling like my money is as important as someone else's. And I'm sure that the loss of my business will not hurt your company. But none the less you have kids my business.
